Payment options and procedure

Regardless of the payment method, all payments credited to our account by 12 noon will be shipped on the same business day (Mon - Fri). At the moment the following payment methods are available:

Bank transfer / Prepayment

In the mail you receive from us to confirm your order, you will find the total amount of your order as well as the bank details. After the total amount has been credited to our account, your goods will be shipped as soon as possible according to availability. The credit note usually takes 1-3 days.

PayPal

With PayPal you can buy safely and quickly. A payment with PayPal is made in a few minutes, so your order can be shipped faster. In addition, you benefit from the free PayPal buyer protection in an unlimited amount.

Cash payment

You are welcome to pay your order in cash directly on site in our outlet in Frankfurt. EC or credit card payment is unfortunately not possible!

Purchase on account

Payment on account is possible for schools and authorities as well as public/governmental institutions within the Federal Republic of Germany. Voucher codes or other price promotions can unfortunately not be considered. We need an official order with signature. Please contact us directly by phone or by mail. Private customers can unfortunately not be supplied on account at present. Regular customers receive a payment term of 7 business days.

You are a commercial customer and want to secure your liquidity in the long term? Together with MMV Leasing GmbH , a subsidiary of Landesbank Baden-Württemberg, we offer the following leasing and financing contracts starting at € 2,000 net:
