Shipment

Most parcels are shipped nationally and internationally with DHL. Of course, the devices are packed safely before they go on their journey. With the help of our packaging, your order arrives undamaged. Each part is carefully wrapped in shock-absorbing bubble wrap and fixed in a neutral cardboard box. The stable double-wall cardboard box ensures that your desired article will survive a fall from a height of 1 meter undamaged.

Delivered quickly and securely with GO! Express

To ensure you receive your order as quickly as possible, we dispatch it via Go! Express on the same day we receive payment:

  • All orders paid for on working days (Mon–Fri) by 12 noon will be processed on the same day. Note: This is subject to the goods being in stock. Delivery is via GO! Express overnight.

  • We insure your parcel against loss or damage

  • You can check the status of your parcel at any time using the tracking service. You will also find a link to the tracking number in the dispatch email we send you.

Standard delivery Germany

  • Delivery will take place on the next working day between 8 am and 12 noon. Please ensure that the parcel can be delivered during this time.

  • Christmas 2026 – Orders paid for by 12 noon on Tuesday 22 December 2026 will be processed and dispatched before Christmas, subject to availability.

  • Deliveries to parcel collection points or post offices are NOT possible

Flat-rate shipping costs for Germany: €19.90

Delivery EU

  • Orders are dispatched from Germany via GO! Express overnight and may be handed over to the relevant postal service provider in the destination country at the border. For international shipments, delivery times depend on the destination country and typically take between 2 and 4 days (depending on the accessibility of the region).

  • Tax-free intra-EU delivery is only possible with a valid VAT registration number. Please provide your VAT ID on the order form or send it to us by email

  • Deliveries via warehousing and fulfilment providers such as LogoiX or Borderlinx are NOT possible

  • Christmas 2026 – Orders paid for by 12 noon on Monday, 21 December 2026 will be processed and dispatched before Christmas, subject to availability.

Self collection in Frankfurt a.M.

  • For those in a hurry in the Rhein Main area, self-collection or delivery by Uli Ludwig on the same day is also possible:

  • The provision of the goods ordered for collection takes place within one working day (Mon. - Fri.).

  • Please organize your self-collection within 7 working days

  • Pick-ups are only possible by appointment! Please contact Mr. Ludwig by mail or phone 069 37003940

  • IMPORTANT: For self-collection, PayPal, creditcard or EC payment is not possible unfortunately!
