Heart of the system is an AMD Ryzen Threadripper Pro 7975WX processor with 32 cores, 64 threads, 128 MB SmartCache and a processor base frequency of 4.00 GHz. The processor is flanked by 64 GB of DDR5 RAM memory that can be increased to up to 1 TB on 8 slots if necessary. In order for graphical applications to run smoothly, the Z6 G5 workstation has installed an Nvidia Quadro RTX A5000 with 24 GB memory. Also built in is a M.2 NVMe 512GB SSD for extremely fast reaction. All these components are placed into a space saving minitower.
