Professional users are extremely reliant on perfectly performing computers with the according hardware capacities. Engineers using CAD or numeric simulation tools, architects designing complex structures or graphic designers creating and editing pictures or videos: Strong and reliable components save time, nerves, money and give the right impression with current or potential customers. Just like the here offered HP Z8 G5, which is equipped with high-end components. Heart of the system are two Intel Xeon Gold 6542Y processors with 24 cores, 48 threads, 60 MB SmartCache and a processor base frequency of 2.90 GHz. The processor is flanked by 128 GB of DDR5 RAM memory that can be increased to up to 1 TB on 16 slots if necessary. In order for graphical applications to run smoothly, the Z8 G5 workstation has installed a Nvidia RTX A4000 ADA with 20GB VRAM memory. Also built in is a 512 GB M.2 SSD.
