Shipping or collection
Most parcels are shipped nationally and internationally with DHL. Of course, the devices are packed safely before you go on your journey. With the help of our packaging, your order arrives undamaged. Each part is carefully wrapped in shock-absorbing bubble wrap and fixed in a neutral cardboard box. The stable double-wall cardboard box ensures that your desired article will survive a fall from a height of 1 meter undamaged.

Fast delivery with DHL
To ensure that you receive your order as quickly as possible, it will be delivered by DHL on the same day of receipt of payment:Shipping to EU and third-party countries
- Refurbished computers are sent from Germany using DHL Germany and will be handed over to the respective postal service provider at the border of the country. The time for international dispatch depends on the destination country and ranges from 3-10 days
- Express delivery is NOT possible
- Tax-free delivery within the EU is only possible when a valid VAT ID has been provided. Please provide us with your VAT ID on the order form or send it to us by mail
- We don't deliver to storage- and shipping services such as LogoiX or Borderlinx
- The estimated shipping costs can only be used if the basket is not empty. Shipping costs: Large devices € 19.90
Personal collection
- Refurbished computers ordered for personal collection will be provided within one working day (Mon-Fri)
- You can also collect your order over the weekend in particularly urgent cases
